The Directors
Paul Davila – Very few Recruitment Consultants can boast 25 years in the Australian IT Consulting marketplace. Paul has worked with two well known IT Recruitment firms over much of this period of time, most notably 15 years with JKM Consulting both as a Recruiter/Account Manager and General Manager. His wealth of experience has seen him forge long standing relationships with clients and candidates alike. A key factor to Paul’s success over the years can be attributed to his ability not only to engage with people but to also deliver excellent results for those he partners with. He has been a key figure in providing strategic and practical guidance to many well known national and multinational organisations in all aspects of IT recruitment.
Skye Kirkby-Gray – Is a talented and highly respected IT&T Recruitment Consultant with over 23 years experience in both recruitment and HR whose name and reputation in the marketplace are second to none. Those who have had the pleasure of working with Skye can attest to her ability to understand their recruitment needs as well as provide great outcomes in a professional and friendly manner.
